(Please bear in mind Rib Eye by its nature contains marbling)

Surf & Turf
Half Lobster with Sirloin Steak 8oz
Fillet Steak 8 oz.
Sirloin Steak 16 oz.
Large Baked Potato (with a topping of your choice)
All American Classic, Sour Cream and Cheddar with Chives
Horseradish and Sour Cream
Broccoli and Cheese
BBQ and Cheddar Topping (probably best with the Ribs)
Or if you prefer my personal favourite, Plain English Butter
If you wish your Steak to be cooked to perfection, please be a little patient as the larger steaks take a while to grill.
